Danielle Brandon
I have BIG goals! I wanted to get stronger and more fit all around and found CBG is getting me there! I’m on a journey and I’m working hard to keep consistent with my diet to reach my goals. I am a work in progress and CBG is getting me there!

I have always eaten well and relatively liked how I looked. However, CBG has worked with me one on one to help me better understand what my body needs. They helped me see which exact foods were missing to help better fuel my performance. I eat to fuel not to maintain a weight on the scale so it has been a game changer for me. Especially without tracking macros!
Chandler Smith
Coming from a background as a wrestler, I was always fluctuating with my eating habits but I never really had much structure with it. Working with Justin has helped me dial in my nutrition in and out of season so that I can perform my best and feel good doing it. His guidance with supplements has been extremely helpful and I’ve been able to find a maintenance plan that works well for me. Not tracking macros makes traveling much easier and allows us the flexibility to enjoy our days more.

[I’m] definitely a work in progress but it’s making me into a better person and athlete.
