Commitment to the Coaching Program and All Sales Are Final

Thank you for choosing our coaching program. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality coaching experience, designed to help you achieve your goals. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we have established the following No Refund Policy:

  1. Commitment to the Program:
    • Our coaching programs require a full commitment from both the coach and the client to achieve the desired outcomes. By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to fully participate and engage in all scheduled sessions, activities, and assignments.
    • The success of the coaching program depends significantly on your active participation, consistency, and dedication. We encourage you to approach your experience with a positive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
  2. All Sales Are Final:
    • Once payment for the coaching program has been processed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any portion of the program, regardless of the reason.
    • This policy applies to all payment plans and full payments made at the time of enrollment. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this No Refund Policy with the exception of our highest tier program which includes a first 4-week money back guarantee.
  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
    • While we do not offer refunds, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should you need to reschedule a start date, please provide at least 24 hours notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request within a reasonable time frame.
    • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session, with no opportunity for rescheduling.
  4. Program Changes and Termination:
    • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the coaching program at any time. In the event of such changes, we will notify you in advance and provide alternatives to ensure the continuity of your coaching experience.
    • If the program is terminated by us, any remaining sessions that you have paid for but have not received will be credited toward future services or refunded at our discretion.
  5. Direct Communication:
    • Unless you are a minor or deceased, we will speak directly to the individual who has enrolled in the coaching program. This ensures clear communication and maintains the integrity and confidentiality of the coaching relationship.
  6. Acknowledgment and Acceptance:
    • By enrolling in our coaching program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this No Refund Policy.
    • You also acknowledge that you are committed to actively participating in the program and understand that your success depends on your efforts and engagement.
