Weight Gain From Menopause
I have been working out since my 20’s and always knew how to eat and workout in order to reach my goal. Fast forward to turning 50, 20lbs overweight trying to justify where I was at. I just couldn’t figure it out anymore. Things I did at 20 &30, didn’t work at 50. I felt hopeless that this is where I’d stay and was half accepting this as my reality.
Covid lockdown was a blessing because that is where I was introduced to Justin and intrinsic eating during a nutritional challenge with a gym I was working out with.
I stopped resisting and started on this journey in January 2021. With patience and the help of Justin, I’ve lost a total of 16lbs… SO FAR. In addition to feeling fantastic and in shape, I seriously feel like eating like this Is a new way of life! Changed my whole attitude towards food. I don’t feel deprived or feel
like I’m on a diet at all. This couldn’t have worked otherwise.
Justin has been a great coach, has always been available if I’ve gotten stuck or confused…& has definitely been a great cheerleader as I made progress.
