I started working with Justin back in August. Before committing to working with him, I had bounced around from every “nutrition” program under the sun. I would start to lose weight then gain it back, plus some. I was starting to lose hope that I would be able to hit my physique goal while also maintaining performance. Well, Justin showed me that’s so far from the truth! He provided me with the template for success. Multiple checks in a week to ensure that I felt confident in the plan. He helped me set small goals that would put me on track to my main goal! Everything from enough sleep to drinking enough water. I definitely wasn’t perfect but I was consistent. And what I learned from this experience is that consistency is important. Whenever I felt lost, Justin was right there to keep me focused and on track. Having that support has been huge! I honestly cannot believe that since I started working with him that I have lost 10lbs while also seeing my performance grow! I got my first ring muscle up in this time period and also matched some lifting PR’s that I haven’t seen in over a year. I am just so grateful that I made the commitment to working with Coach Justin! Thank you Justin for all of your support & guidance. Best part is that we aren’t done yet!
