Liz Wolfgang is a Functional Nutrition & Performance Coach who helps high-achieving people rebuild their metabolism, balance their hormones, and train for life—without sacrificing their strength, sanity, or social life. With over 100 pounds lost while navigating PCOS and Hashimoto’s, Liz knows firsthand what sustainable change requires.
Liz found her love for working out when she walked into a box over 9 years ago, barely able to lift a women’s barbell. She went from a kid who lived off fast food to finding so much joy in keeping things super simple and not overcomplicating health and fitness. Her approach is rooted in empathy, lived experience, and deep connection. She’s passionate about helping people reclaim their energy, confidence, and edge—both in and out of the gym.
Liz also works with adaptive athletes and individuals navigating injury or mobility limitations, thriving on helping clients find freedom and power in movement—no matter their starting point.
Outside of coaching, you’ll find Liz hiking with her pups, enjoying concerts, lifting heavy, or nerding out on research with an espresso in hand.
