Episode 3 - The Human Science Experiment
In this episode, Justin and Jordan, each fearless scientists in their own right, declare their brand of self experimentation. For the next 8-12 weeks, or until one of the subjects is removed by the great Entropy in the sky, Justin will be following an Intermittent Fasting Diet while Jordan will follow a carb restricted, nutrient timing protocol. In addition to outlining their diet regimes and reasoning behind them, they'll cover the metrics they'll use to judge the efficacy of their plans, including body scans, bloodwork, performance outputs and mood journaling.
