Coach Paige is an experienced Nutrition Coach, Public Speaker and Recovery Coach. Driven by her love for inner transformation, she is excited to guide others in improving strength performance and transforming their relationship with food and their bodies. Paige was a dancer for 8 years until she joined the WOD community and weightlifting in 2017. Paige credits strength training for helping her overcome the negative impacts of diet culture and she hopes to inspire others to fuel themselves and train for strength so they can experience transformation from the inside out. As a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach with a diverse experiential background working in mental health, sports and conditioning and addiction recovery, Paige blends the two worlds of nutrition and personal development. She has created successful nutrition programs as well as educational curricula for strength athletes, teens hockey, prison inmates, addiction, and PTSD treatment centers.
Her specialties include mindful eating, substance-use recovery coaching and performance nutrition for strength athletes.
